Baron Mereworth Update

Unfortunately the Baron has been in the wrong court, it seems that the court he was in does not have the jurisdiction to hear the cause, so have struck it out!!!!!

My mouth hangs open in disbelief, if its not their jurisdiction then why are they dealing with it and why are they charging for doing so… it beggars belief!

Still well done Baron Mereworth a worthy effort that must be taken to the nth degree! Good Luck!

Its time the courts got real and stopped hiding behind what has gone before, if they do not stand up for ‘LAW’ then they should be swept away!

Interested…I am…

So there is a case being brought on Monday regarding constitutional matters…mmmh! first I have heard of it , if you are like me then perhaps you would be interested in Baron Mereworth’s court case!

It seems that there are real chinks in the armour of the ‘state’ and perhaps this is where the blow will land eh?

Many thanks to The Runnymeade Institute  for the heads up on this one, pass it round, get there if you can, could be history being made!

Learning the ropes!

Principles!, principles are important, in fact they are more than just ordinarily important they are essential.

Does this seem simplistic to you who are reading this, I have reasons for saying it, let me try to explain.

Let me try an analogy, someone has told you about a great four masted sailing ship and what its purpose is ie to sail the oceans of the world from A to B, the one telling you spent many years sailing such a ship and learning to do so safely and their description takes many hours to tell. Included within that description of the actual workings of such a ship are many details of all the ropes and sails, the stores and loading (Ship High In Transit, ask me another time) and to make this detail a little less mind numbingly stultifying in its sheer magnitude the teller has also peppered the tale with stories of the wild and wonderful sights and landfalls that can be yours for the sake of using such a mode of transport.

What do you the listener go away with?, yes this is a serious question! Are you qualified to sail such a vessel through everything that the majesty of nature may throw at you on a long sea voyage? Can you alone reef all the sails in a storm, can you steer a ‘true’ course, can you victual your ship for all the events that may befall you from having had this one conversation, or even ten/twenty such conversations, if you answer YES to that question, then I will wish you good luck and gods speed, and wave as you cast off from your moorings in the estuary (he did explain how to cast off moorings didn’t he?) but I will not sail with you for I do not consider myself that stupid or foolhardy!

Rather I will watch you sail out of sight on a bright sunny day with light winds, then return home to await …eventually…hopefully…your return from lands afar and your stories of sailing your ship safely across the sea.

Or perhaps more likely the news of the wreckage found drifting in some rock strewn area.

What is this all about?

There are many many people who are setting out upon the sea in vessels that they have built based solely on a description given to them by someone else, these vessels have been constructed by the one concerned out of the materials to hand which they could afford to bring together (some may even have had the resources to buy some sort of boat) and laughing manically at the prospect of finding desert islands, rare spices, and perhaps Blackbeard’s fabled treasure hoard they are launching themselves into the calm summer waters with a few bags of crisps and a couple of bottles of water (and possibly a few six packs of beer). The outcome for most of them is fairly predictable, never having done much more than use a pedallo on a boating lake they are likely to founder and drown!

Now most people reading this would probably say “they’re fools and idiots, you wouldn’t catch me doing that!” , but every day I see on Youtube and elsewhere people doing almost exactly this foolhardy thing. Now do not misunderstand me here, there IS great merit in actually going off to sea and doing all the above groovy things, but if you want to survive then you need to make sure that you have all the information you need, you need to make sure that it is all correct, you need to go on a few shakedown cruises with more experienced sailors (and remember even the most prepared sometimes do not make it back), I mean it only makes sense to do so doesn’t it?

People are launching their freshly inflated Li-Lo’s and casting off their moorings unprepared for the storms ahead, one or more make short journeys, maybe even several such journeys without mishap, and thus the word spreads that “It can be done” and that “Its not so hard”…

THE ANALOGY EXPLAINED

When you come into contact ( and I do not necessarily mean ‘conflict’) with the system, say a routine traffic stop where you have a choice to either co-operate (and then perhaps drive away happily afterwards because all was in order) or decide you are going to ‘stand up for your rights, you are at the point of casting off, on a potentially dangerous journey, do you have ALL the necessary things with you for that journey, do you understand (I know what it means…do you?) all that will be thrown at you by the ocean you are embarking on? If not then my advice to you is to stay within the paddling pool and not tempt fate by opening the gate to the wilder waters of the sea.

Do not ‘STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS’ if you have not established clearly and unequivocally what those rights are and what their extent is…If you have never for instance been in a court room and seen the way that things are done think carefully about whether you will still be floating on your Li-Lo after being there! If you have not practiced and practiced in all conditions to sail your vessel safely through dangerous waters…do not go there.

The point of all this is to say it is easy to have the dream, but it is eminently harder to actually ‘live the reality of the dream’

If you do not have all the necessary paperwork submitted (as in affidavits and NOUICOR’s ) which separate you from the system with lawful excuse/authority your ship is missing the nails needed to hold the planks together and you will founder and drown fairly quickly once a squall pipes up at sea.

This is not a game! this is life and freedom we are talking about here, ‘YOUR’ life and freedom! It will take you a long time to evaluate sensibly the information that is out there, do the studying, do the research…believe no ones ‘story’ until you have checked out all of it for yourself!

Setting sail in leaking flimsy vessels (cobbled together in a fit of enthusiasm after viewing someone who ‘got away with it’ on Youtube) is not good enough!

There are not enough organised advice forums, though the number is growing! There must (in my humble opinion) be dedicated groups of people who are well educated in the material needed and who are capable of training others and then those others train others! You should have a network of people you can rely upon to know how and what to do at each stage that may arrive…before you undo that rope and cast off! Get organised print posters, T shirts, sets of instructions for the common points of contact you will be facing…in short have a ‘manual’ and practice using it until you are ‘word perfect’, and when you are… pick your battles/voyages carefully, few ships captains will leave harbour in the teeth of a gale unless there is dire need to do so…think about it!

If you still wish to set sail unprepared, will you let me make one last appeal to you before you go…for every Li-Lo that gets sunk with all hands lost trying to fight the  storms diminishes the chances of the better prepared making the voyage successfully, for unlike the natural storms at sea, the system learns and adapts to what it has learned (it may if taught properly change completely, and possibly into what we would like it to be) YOU have to be able to be recognised as the teacher and that means that you have to learn enough to know more than them, and then have the strength to weather the storms, if you do not do this then the system will prepare itself and fight back and it has in many ways more to lose than you,you are pitting your ‘freedom’ against its love and need for ‘power’, individually we have little chance of success unless we can find the chink in the armour and consistently drive through that gap with devastating force, that takes more than just a ‘small’ understanding of the principles of sailing a LARGE ship safely!

Your Choice! this...?
Or this...?

I would like to add one more thing here, to the many who have tried to sail before I salute you, for in many ways you have shown the way for us to follow, you have shown the course to steer and you have given us valuable lessons in what to do and not to do…we should be now in a position to set off relatively safely due to your efforts…but what we must realise and what you did not encounter is the flotsam and jetsam of the wreckage of the unsuccessful voyagers is itself making the voyage more and more hazardous!

Bon Voyage!

Do I feel European?

The question must be asked, now that I have woken up on this glorious morning, Do I feel any more European than I did yesterday?

Errrm NO!, there are no croissant for breakfast or likely to be in this house!, no ‘Le Monde’ or Der Speigel gracing the breakfast table (I know “shame on me” for that one eh!) no EU flag dancing prettily in the fresh morning breeze either…so what makes this day make me feel more kinship with my European fellow citizens…

I am BROKE!, and severely in need of a bailout, lots of European people I have never met seem to have their hand in my trouser pockets (in some places this would be seen as a VERY friendly act, I am told) and errrm…oh yes there is more….I can be arrested and taken overseas to stand trial on the say so of unelected unrepresentative goons who are paid ‘WAY’ too much to make laws which bind me into a straight jacket of immobility in my own country!

What a load of old bollocks we are being fed by the ruling elite, how can I ever feel more included in a huge conglomerate of diverse nations, many of which this my country has previously been at war with! I am not now nor ever will be a European, I will never understand them, nor will they understand me. Don’t get me wrong here, I am not saying we cannot rub along in some sort of mutual trading thingy, like the common market, or even be friendly when I meet some somewhereeither here or abroad…it is just that we are sooo different, our sense of humour, our stiff upper lip, our crap food, our overly expensive everything…(leaving aside the fact that we here are citizens and simultaneously subjects (no idea how that one works))

The fact is I do not want to be in the EU along with the greater majority of my fellow Britons, it seems the only ones that do want to be in it are the feckless politicians that would all sell their own mothers for a profit if they were able to!

So today on EU day I am going to place a sticker on my car bumper that I got a couple of weeks back, it says ‘OUT OF EU’, and that will be my only concession to EU DAY!

For any who do not quite get it let me phrase it a little more bluntly (sensitive readers look away now) FUCK the EU, and all the useless TWATS that are micro managing our lives, I will never surrender to this stitch up and I will never recognise it or its legislation as being legitimate in this ‘MY’ country, hell on a bike I don’t even agree with half of our own legislation yet so why the hell would I start on another system of crap and accept it?

EU F OFF! F EU!

Nice pieces here and here (wonderful ‘prayer‘)

Dead in the water, say hello to Osama Cleggy!

Well it seems AV is dead Cleggs flagship referendum has been scuppered, holed below the waterline and is rapidly sinking out of sight with all hands on board, the sails of their credibility as arbiters of what the public want are burning and in tatters, the masts of their manifesto are shattered and falling.

Now is the time to have at them Cammy, show your bottle, it is obvious that their pathetic band of supporters have deserted them in droves…CALL AN ELECTION!

Have you got the ‘cojones’ to put your policies on the line here Cammy baby, I would bet not but if there ever was a time to get rid of the dead albatross of the lib-dooms then it has to be now. Go to the country Davey, ask them what they think, while the majority of them can remember the sheer profligacy of Liebore that got us all into this mess, call out the troops Cammy and see if you are forced into another coalition or if one of the two main parties will win out right!…but this time I dare you put on the ballot paper another box to tick, let this box say “REFERENDUM ON THE EU” let it also state that ticking that box will immediately withdraw us from the clutches of the EU under Royal Prerogative and institute a 5 year moratorium on the British Constitution during which time all the problems of this state will be addressed by the whole population in a series of referenda!

Go on Davey boy…GROW SOME, if you can!

More on Norman!

Yesterday I wrote about Norman Scarth and his arrest at Birkenhead, I have since heard from him and this is what he had to say.

Report on the events at Birkenhead on Tuesday 03 May 2011:
At 9.30am I walked into the entrance to Wirral Magistrates Court, intending to do no more than observe any case that interested me. At 9.35am, already handcuffed, I was thrust into a 2’6″ square cage in the back of a van in a Police Station yard. The engine was running, a Gestapo Zombie in the driving seat, but it didn’t move. Neither me nor the van moved for almost three hours, when six Gestapo turned up, the sergeant dragged me violently out of the van, threw me to the ground, told me I was being ‘de-arrested’ & could go. That is as much as I can tell you about Tuesday morning in Birkenhead. Information about events in court will have to come from elsewhere.
Now, all together – ” There’ll Always Be An England ”
Norman Scarth.

Now firstly let me apologise for any inconsistencies between the two versions, the news i had was ‘third hand’ but I do not see that the differences were large enough to quibble over as regards my conclusions…

Now I have to get to the ‘meat’ of the matter, from PACE…

2 Elements of Arrest under section 24 PACE
2.1 A lawful arrest requires two elements:
A person’s involvement or suspected involvement or attempted involvement in the
commission of a criminal offence;
AND
Reasonable grounds for believing that the person’s arrest is necessary.

and
1.2 The right to liberty is a key principle of the Human Rights Act 1998. The exercise of
the power of arrest represents an obvious and significant interference with that right.
1.3 The use of the power must be fully justified and officers exercising the power should
consider if the necessary objectives can be met by other, less intrusive means. Arrest
must never be used simply because it can be used. Absence of justification for
exercising the powers of arrest may lead to challenges should the case proceed to
court. When the power of arrest is exercised it is essential that it is exercised in a nondiscriminatory
and proportionate manner.

I have searched Pace for what I knew used to be there but cannot now find it, there used to be a requirement that an arrested person was brought to a police station as soon as practicable, Normans detention in a van for three hours does not fit that criteria, I wonder when it was done away with as it is only last year that I studied this and it was in force then…. More police state legislation?

However the above quotes taken directly from PACE should show that the police had no right to arrest Norman and detain him for three hours in a police van, what happened there seems to suggest to me that they were arbitrarily removing a persons freedom.

To my mind they were waiting there for ‘more’ trouble to kick off and then Norman would have been lumped in with any others arrested and processed along with them to give the police a better ‘case’.

The mere fact this has happened to Norman (at his age) should be ringing alarm bells to all of us, it is my belief that they exercised their ‘powers’ illegally, in that Norman was a known face from the previous Birkenhead farce and he was arrested simply because he was recognised as having been in attendance previously, Norman was not committing any CRIMINAL OFFENCE nor could he be considered to be about to do so the very suggestion that attending a court is a criminal offence is laughable (and very scary indeed). That is not sufficient criteria for an arrest, the police have committed criminal acts in this matter including FALSE ARREST, and ILLEGAL/UNLAWFUL DETENTION, as well as assault and battery.

Please folks carry a copy of pace with you at all times and insist that they (the police) adhere to their own guidelines and regulations. Arresting someone is a serious act and subsequent de-arrest does not make the initial arrest any more legal/lawful, these out of control thugs must be stopped from abusing their police powers, write to the Home Office, the Justice Department, The Prime Minister in fact to anyone that may just possibly see reason and return the laws/statutes to a place where we , once again, have some rights !

No respect!, No law…it is as simple as that, Birkenhead revisited!

Yesterday at the Wirral courthouse an old man, that I had the pleasure of meeting at the judges arrest fiasco a month or so ago, was arrested by the police. According to my source it took six…yes I said SIX of them to do it!

Norman Scarth is a grand old gentleman, a pensioner, and a man who served this country and its supposed Queen in the Second World War, he has a chest full of medals which he earned and is justifiably proud of ( we will not go into the politics of war here, for his pride is in the sacrifice that he and his ‘mates’ made not the contorted lies that led them to that straight), Norman is all of 5ft tall, as I remember I towered over him.

What was his crime? that he was so badly abused…he wanted to go into a public court to witness this countries ‘justice’ at first hand, instead he was (as I said) arrested and then taken to a police station for some time, only after some hours to be literally thrown out onto the pavement, presumably once the court was over and there was no longer any need to hold him. To my knowledge Norman travels from PORTSMOUTH to attend such court cases as this, this one is around 200 miles away from his home, and he does this all on his meager pension.

I would like to congratulate the ‘Brave’ bobbies that did this to him, I am sure you are all inordinately proud of yourselves and are  patting each other on the back for apprehending such a dangerous ‘person’. I only hope that should you live as long as Norman (and that I doubt , given your service to the PTB which want to see you all eliminated) that you are treated in a similar fashion. You are scum and deserve nothing less than to be jailed, permanently, in the highest security prison showers in the land, with your wrists cable-tied to your ankles and a limitless supply of soap for the use of the denizens that share your incarceration!

Gentle readers, please watch this video and meet Norman, a real warrior and still fighting for all that is right, even if it means that he will be manhandled and abused for his beliefs. He should make you both proud and sad by turn and then angry that one such as he no longer has the freedom to go where he likes, to places that would not exist if he and his ‘mates’ had not shed their blood to protect the way of life that we are now allowing our government and its minions to strip from us, along with all the rights which we should have by right of their sacrifices.

It truly is time to stand up to them and fight until the last breath leaves our bodies, for if we do not then who will ever again be able to?  Ladies and gentlemen, meet Norman…

You think this isn’t coming here…think again!!!!

Just in from the US of (land of freedom) A, this video shows what is coming to us all if we protest, coming on the heels of the video of our own Soho Square intimidation by police it should make all of us think again about what the future holds…

and do you see the single step push with batons intimidation tactics they are using completely without cause, these (so called) people are training here on harmless youngsters…

heres the Soho Square video to compare and for you to see the lack of any compassion in the eyes of the police pigs that are doing the ‘job’ note the one on the right in the gateway looks like he is stoned out of his head…

It is time these thugs were reined in hard..

There shouldn’t be any sympathy left for the authorities now, they are going to control us and wipe us out very soon, complain NOW before it is too late, in fact don’t just complain, PROTEST and do it LOUD and LONG!!!

Silent weapons of control!, more than just a means to an end…

Tom-Tom the satnav makers have finally done what I always knew was going to be done. They have sold their data (about you the motorist) to the police who in turn have used that data to prosecute people for traffic infringements!

Anybody that is too stupid to find their way around without a sat nav shouldn’t be on the roads, it is only a matter of time before we are all ‘forced to have one’ in our cars. It is just too useful to the PTB to ignore the possible monetary gains that can be made with little or no effort. Also it is only a matter of time before they can do the same via your mobile phone through positioning plots made on the information of the mast arrays that are everywhere.

Silent, unseen, this technology will be used to control you as surely as death follows life…

Get the message, get the Tom-Tom and anything like it out of your conveyance and do it now, for they will take advantage of it be sure of that…
