It appears that two of the number that were at the Roger Hayes ‘court’ appearance are under the thrall of the police and their unlawful arrest tactics, for those that were there it was obvious that the police themselves were the aggressors in this saga.
It appears (from a reliable source) that both Rusty and and Malcolm who were arrested by the, at that time, criminally acting police have been charged with the crime of “Violent Disorder” now “Violent Disorder is a very serious allegation for the police to make and is only one rung down the ladder from “Riot” for which there must be twelve or more involved. How they think they can possibly prove this contention is completely beyond me!
I was there and the only violence that I saw was from the police themselves who acted completely against their oaths to keep public order and the peace, they all refused to do their duty and they aided and abetted an arrested person escaping from lawful detention.
How they have the audacity to bring such charges against peaceful people engaged in establishing their rights and lawfully pursuing their ends is enough to make anyone who takes the trouble to examine these things jaws drop with a resounding smack to the floor.
Dozens of witnesses were there and viewing the actions of the police, dozens of cameras and video recorders were there to witness the disorder created by the police in their attempts to pervert the course of justice and help a felon escape from his arrest.
What is left to us the people in circumstances like this?..
It would seem that in future we must make sure that none of our number are allowed to be held in chains in our presence, we must use whatever means at our disposal to bring any errant police person back into the proper station they should hold , if that means arresting them for crimes of “Violent Disorder and riot then so be it!
My friends I ask you to examine your souls and ask yourselves at what point is the line finally drawn, at what point do we say enough is enough from this nonsensical pack of liars and scoundrels that profess to be the arbiters of the ‘Law’. If any of them understood their own oath, let alone the law, then they would act completely differently towards us their masters than they at present do.
I for one will arrest any police person that I see inside a so ‘called’ court room if they are arnmed in any way, for they are proscribed by law as we are from entering such a place in possession of any arms at all. We have equality in the eyes of the law and I will not countenance their flouting of ‘our’ laws any longer!
If they are allowed to be armed in such a sanctum then it obvious that law in this ‘our’ land is only in force through their coercive power of force and that my friends is not a society, by that action they become the slave masters and make us the slaves , I will be no man’s slave and if I die in the pursuit of my and our freedom then I will gauge it a life well spent ….How say you?
Rusty and Malcolm are due to be seen again in court for these ridiculous charges on the 3rd of May, and I believe, in the same courts in Birkenhead. We need to be there again to support them both, we need to be there in our thousands this time, for if Liberty means anything to any one out there reading this then it behoves us to make a stand for what is right, do not let them down… spread the word far and wide… this injustice must not be allowed to continue!
